Every year IFTDO holds a World Conference in association with an IFTDO Full Member. The conference offers many benefits to the IFTDO member hosting it, such as opportunity for exchange of knowledge and experience with international speakers and delegates, networking with human resource organizations and experts throughout the world, international recognition, financial surplus, among others.
 
The IFTDO World Conferences in next 2 years have been decided to be held as follows:

2013-	India (New Delhi)

Proposals are now invited from all Full members to host IFTDO World Conferences in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
